Choosing a Life Coach is one of the
most important decisions you will
ever
make.
Your life is of the uppermost importance
and you will embark upon a personal and
life-enhancing journey. It is very
important that you feel comfortable and
trust the coach that you choose. Do
your homework, make several enquiries and
choose carefully.
I understand that every client is an
individual with different goals and dreams
they wish to fulfil within different timescales.
With this in mind there is a selection
of sessions available for you to choose from.
Although you will benefit from the first
session, about 6 sessions are required as
a minimum to substantiate a lasting change
in your life.
FREE
INTRODUCTORY SESSION
Find out if coaching is for you with
a free ½ hr introductory session.
During this time I will get to know you,
we will discuss what is important, explore
and open up your ideas of your perfect life,
and discuss the changes you wish to make.
If you decide to continue then coaching
sessions will take place over the telephone
or face to face, and are either weekly or
fortnightly.
